October 8th, 2005: Griffons Lose Against White River RFC
The Battle Creek Griffon Rugby Club fell to White River RFC in Indiana. Coach Houser reports that the team travelled with 13, and although the Griffons fought hard, the lack of experience proved too much to overcome against a strong White River team. Al mentioned that Dan Lowe and Luke Houser both had some big runs and made some big tackles, and he thanks all those who made the commitment to travel for the game.

The next game is Saturday October 15th, against Oakland Highlanders at the Griffon home field.
